- Q: Why did NYSC move to online registration?
- A: This system allows parents the ease of entering their information and registering for programs from home. It will make future registrations easier as well. Once your family information is in the system, it will stay with you forever.
It also allows us a simpler more streamlined way to collect information for our players, all in one system.
- Q: Why should I register online?
- A: The advantage to online registration is that you can simply register for any program from the ease of being at home.
Online registration also ensure you registration is accepted promptly. As soon as you are completed entering your information and activity registration, you are right on the list. Saves you another trip. By being able to register at home, saves everyone, one more trip on your busy lives.
- Q: How do I register online?
- A: Simply click on the link to registration on the home page. If you do not have an account, go to create account and then simply follow the instructions. Once you have set up your account, you may register for which ever program you wish.
- Q: How do I pay for online registration?
- A: There are two ways to use online registration.
Once you have created your account with you and your families information, simply go to the activity you wish to register for and register. It will prompt you to pay. This online payment is through either Visa or Mastercard. Once you have registered, it will show you a breakdown of the charges along with a convenience charge for registering online.
You may also pay with cheque or cash. Simply register your family online, then come to the soccer office or any one of our scheduled off site registration days and register there.
***You can not register for an activity online with cheque or cash, you must come to one of our registration dates or the soccer office***
***You must register your family online (Parent and any players) prior to coming to register***
- Q: What is the convenience fee?
- A: The company (Active Communities) charges us this fee for the set up of the program, 24 hour 7 day a week technical support, training and all to take care of all merchant accounts, and banking information.
- Q: What is my account?
- A: Your account is where you enter your families information. You enter the parents and players information. Once this information is entered, you will never have to enter it again. So long as you play soccer or are a member of NYSC this information will be in the system.
Making your registration year after year much simpler.
- Q: Who controls my account?
- A: You are the owner of your account. If you have a change or address, phone #, email address etc. you simply log on with "Your" specific login name and password that you create and you can change the information.
If you forget your login or password, simply call our administration person and we can help you retrieve the information
- Q: What about security of all my information?
- A: The benefits of Active is the system is as secure as your online banking. You own your account and the information in it.
Your information is stored in a secure site. Active conforms to all Canada Security Online Policies, which can be reviewed under the Privacy Policy.
- Q: Who has access to my personal information?
- A: Only yourself and the system administrator have access.
You control your account and the information in it. The administrator would only access your account if you had to call and retrieve information, such as a forgotten password or login ID. There is a security process to complete before this information is give or retrieved.
- Q: What is Active Net?
